# Joint Commission Certified Healthcare Staffing Companies Provide Better Talent

The Joint Commission (TJC) [recently awarded us with their most prestigious Gold Seal of Approval](https://www.medixteam.com/medix-awarded-the-joint-commissions-gold-seal-of-approval-certification/). To earn this, our processes around talent screening, placement, and retention were rigorously evaluated.
